Qualification in hospitality management or a related field.
Minimum of 3 to 5 years experience in a similar position & a 5-star environment.
Strong leadership and management skills.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Proficient in hotel reservations and billing systems.
Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
