Requirements • 2-3 years' experience in Receptionist/Front Desk Agent role in a hotel
• Proficiency in Microsoft packages
• Working knowledge in Fidelio Opera
• Professional disposition and communication etiquette
• Strong focus on guest experience
• Ability to work in a pressurized environment
• Ability to use initiative and be proactive
• Sound financial acumen
• Neat, clean, and well-groomed appearance
• Ability to work without supervision and within a team
• Attention to detail
• Flexibility in working hours and shifts
