SUMMARY:
Our client a major player in Hospitality (Gaming), located on the North Coast of KZN, is seeking to urgently appoint a Hospitality Manager - with equal experience in F&B, Front Office and 4/5* Hotel Management of 6+ years: POSITION INFO:
Minimum requirements:

• Grade 12 / Matric
• Required qualification - Hotel School Diploma or University Degree directly related to Food & Beverage is advantageous
• 6 Years’ + Food & Beverage Management and Hotel Management experience at 4/5 star property in same or similar senior position
• Computer literate in Microsoft Word and Excel is required
• Working knowledge of Micros, Opera Food & Beverage and Opera Sales systems preferred
