Executive Sous Chef

A national hospitality company is looking to hire a passionate and experienced Sous Chef with a strong financial acumen.  Must be willing to travel locally.  The position will be based at the Cape Town Head Office but will oversee various units in Cape Town as well as  the coastal regions.

Qualifications and Experience:
 Qualified Executive Sous Chef
 Computer Literate (Excel & Word)
 Financial Knowledge
 Minimum 5 years experience in Industry Catering Industry.
