Our client is seeking a Consultative HR Generalist.
Although admin forms part of this role, they are seeking someone who has proven to be consultative in partnering with management in their day-to-day interactions.

Responsibilities
- Implementing the Group talent strategy from recruitment, development, performance management, job/role evaluation and career path.
- Research and design of tools, interventions and diagnostics ensuring return on investments.
- Coaching and mentoring.
Experience and Requirements
- B Com Human Resource Management / Industrial Psychology or relevant qualification
- 3 years of HR Generalist (Consultative) experience
- Recruitment experience, on all levels of an organisation, especially in sales and warehouse
- Talent Management experience: Designing and facilitating a performance management practice throughout an organisation, implementing development plans
- Job Evaluation experience: Job profiling, grading (Patterson rule) and benchmarking positions
- HR Systems: HR information system experience - SAGE Solutions (full function experience)
- General organisation development and design experience
- Psychometric assessment experience: Incorporating psychometric data into recruitment practices, development plans and succession strategy advantageous
