HR Generalist

Our client is seeking a Consultative HR Generalist. 

Although admin forms part of this role, they are seeking someone who has proven to be consultative in partnering with management in their day-to-day interactions.

Responsibilities

• Implementing the Group talent strategy from recruitment, development, performance management, job/role evaluation and career path.
• Research and design of tools, interventions and diagnostics ensuring return on investments.
• Coaching and mentoring.

Experience and Requirements

• B Com Human Resource Management / Industrial Psychology or relevant qualification
• 3 years of HR Generalist (Consultative) experience
• Recruitment experience, on all levels of an organisation, especially in sales and warehouse  
• Talent Management experience: Designing and facilitating a performance management practice throughout an organisation, implementing development plans 
• Job Evaluation experience: Job profiling, grading (Patterson rule) and benchmarking positions 
• HR Systems: HR information system experience - SAGE Solutions (full function experience)
• General organisation development and design experience 
• Psychometric assessment experience: Incorporating psychometric data into recruitment practices, development plans and succession strategy advantageous
