Technical Competencies and responsibilities At least 3-5 years experience in generalist HR, HRBP, senior HR officer, or related roles. In-depth knowledge of labour legislation and HR best practices. Lead the end-to-end recruitment process, from job posting to onboarding, ensuring the selection of top talent that aligns with our organizational culture and objectives. Act as a mediator and advisor in resolving workplace disputes and conflicts, fostering positive employee relations and a harmonious work environment. Maintain accurate and up-to-date HR records, ensuring confidentiality and compliance with data protection regulations. Workplace Skills Plan (WSP) / Annual Training Report (ATR) for SETA Develop, review, and implement HR policies and procedures in line with legal requirements and best practices, ensuring clarity and consistency across the organization. Behavioural Competencies: Strong communication skills, written and verbal at all levels. Problem solving & Time management. Analytical skills. Detail oriented.
