Detail:Educational and experience Requirements:National Diploma in Human Resource Management Understanding of basic labour legislationAt least 3-5 years' experience as an HR Generalist ideally within the built environmentPrevious HR database management (HRIS) experience. Excellent interpersonal skills & the ability to develop positive working relationships with individuals & teams. Mature and responsible attitude towards work.Previous experience in process development and implementation. Excellent awareness and knowledge. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to use independent judgment. Excellent attention to detail. Excellent prioritization and time management skills. Resilient and able to multitask.
