• Education / Qualifications
• HR Diploma (Preferred)
• Human Resources administration: 5 years solid HR Officer / Administration experience.
• Human Resources officer / administrator: 5 year Preferred)
• Payroll experienced (500+ and more)
• Experience in the Human Resources field – Full Function, in the mining sector will be an advantage.

Duties & Responsibilities

• Candidate must have the following:
• Preferably a qualification in Human Resources
• Recruitment full function.
• Experience in the Human Resources field – Full Function, in the mining sector will be an advantage.
• Sound knowledge of South African Labour Law (LRA, BCEA, EEA, SDA and OSHA)>
• IR – Informal and Formal discipline.
• Understanding of SLP’s.
• Understand and booking of medical.
• Training and EE experience.
• HRIS maintenance, continuous update and administration
• (HRIS capturing, confirmation of employment, etc)
• Employee records and Files updated daily
• HR Audits
• Employee Relations Administration
• Contracts / job offers administration.
• Drawing up of KPI’s and job descriptions
• Full HR Departmental Administration
• Employee Engagement Activities / events
• Ability to multi-task.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Computer literacy a must MS office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
• Travel may be required from time to time
