Senior Talent Acquisition

As a Talent Acquisition, you will play a vital role in sourcing, attracting, and hiring top talent for our organization. This role requires a deep understanding of recruitment strategies, talent management, and HR best practices.

Responsibilities:

• • Develop and execute innovative sourcing strategies to attract top talent across various channels including job boards, social media, networking events, and referrals.
  • Conduct thorough candidate assessments and interviews to evaluate qualifications, skills, and cultural fit.
  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, candidate screening, interview coordination, offer negotiation, and onboarding.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and provide guidance on hiring strategies.
  • Advise on best practices for talent management, employee engagement, and retention strategies.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers, department heads, and executive leadership.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for candidates
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends, labor market insights, and best practices in talent acquisition 

Requirements:

• • • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. 
    • 3 -5 Years Proven experience in talent acquisition, recruitment, and/or HR consulting roles, preferably in a corporate or Automotive industry
    • Deep understanding of recruitment strategies, sourcing techniques, and candidate assessment methodologies.
    • Strong knowledge of HR principles, practices, and employment laws/regulations.
    • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
    • Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
    • Proficiency in applicant tracking systems 
    • Demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders
    • Own Transport is preferred
    • Fluent in Afrikaans & English 

Working Hours: 

Monday - Fridays: 08H00 -17H00
