POSITION INFO:

SHIFT SUPERVISOR LOAD AND HAUL

LOCATION: Northern Cape

REMUNERATION: R 700K – R 900K pa

CLOSING DATE: 11 May

KEY PERFORMANCE AREAS INCLUDE BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO:

To plan and organize shift resources, including all loading tools and trucks, in order to execute the load and haul process in accordance with the daily pit schedule, which includes but are not limited to: Operations supervision; Contractor management; Budget and cost control; People supervision; People leadership; Continuous improvement; SHERQ adherence

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

• Grade 12
• Blasting Certificate in Surface Mining
• Supervisory Certificate (NQF level 4)
• Mine Overseer Certificate in Mining or National Diploma in Mining Engineering NQF 6 ( DESIRED )
• Min 5 years general surface mining experience – Control Room / Quality Control / Machine Operator
• Min 1 year Superviso r / Team / Project Leader experience in a surface mining environment
• Min 1 year operator experience – Load and Haul or Auxiliary equipment (DESIRED)
• Min 5 years Supervisor / Team / Project Leader experience in a Load and Haul mining environment (DESIRED)
