Reports to the Executive of Organisational Effectiveness and supports the Org Effectiveness unit by providing critical assistance in the implementation, and execution of HR strategies and initiatives. This involves conducting research, interpreting data, and collaborating with HR leadership and cross-functional teams to help shape the HR department's strategic direction. With a focus on data-driven decision-making and process improvement, contribute to enhancing HR programs, policies, and practices to align with the organization's overall goals and objectives. Drive preparation and shaping of CHRO Executive reporting.

NQF 6: 3 year Degree/ Diploma/ National Diploma in Human Resources or Business Administration
OR NQF 4: Grade 12
5 year’s relevant experience in Human Resources, Business Administration or Consulting. Proven experience in research, projects or strategy execution is desirable.

7 year’s relevant experience in Human Resources, Business Administration or Consulting. Proven experience in research, projects or strategy execution is desirable
Engagement will all levels within the organisation, internal and external to the business.
Valid Drivers license
Ability to work extended /long hours as and when required
