ND./BTech.Food Tech.;FSSC 22 000;HACCP;Internal Auditing; Comp.Lit.; 3-5 years of baking plant exp. develop/ implement/train/ maintain/docs cntl/audit/CI/policies/SOP of Food Safety and Quality Systems.Do likewise for offices/all areas of factory. Ensure BOP/maint.all equipment/processing SOP in flour confectionery plant to ensure highest Quality/Food Safety standards adhered to. Mngt Food Safety/ Quality staff/ensure hand wash SOP/protective clothing/head gear worn/personal hygiene checks conducted/approved by Supervisor before entering production area.Train staff/QC on/ensure GHP/GMP /FSMS/QMS/SOP/housekeeping standards met/maintain/file all FSMS/QMS docs/manage retention sample room/samples/ensure Microbiological schedule followed/conduct internal audits.Maintain approved supplier list/audit suppliers if necessary/obtain docs to approve new suppliers/investigate/ RCA/CAPA/respond to non-conformances/ customer complaints.Manage Food Safety/QC team/organise work/follow up/interact Production Supervisors.Liaise with H.R./Production/Operations/Logistics Managers re.problems/consider production plan/capacity of facility to fulfill demand within scope of QC /FS systems/initiate Management meetings/ reviews/regularly inspect/review records & reports/regularly report to Top Mngt on NCR/ irregularities/ suitability/effectiveness/trends of QMS/FSMS.
