Finance and Operations Executive

POSITION INFO:
Job & Company Description: Founded 17 years ago, this hotel and resort group is looking for a Financial and Operational Executive. Considered one of the most exclusive resorts in Mozambique, its hotels and beach clubs have won several international awards. The ideal candidate will be responsible for daily hotel operations, capital investments, capital raining, staffing, legal and statutory compliance measures, logistics , and overall financial management. The role is 100% remote , but with periods of time spent in Johannesburg, Mozambique and France. Job Experience & Skills Required:

• Chartered Accountant or other related financial or technical qualification
• 5-10 Years+ experience in management consulting, strategy advisory or banking
• Experience in financial management
• A background in the hospitality / hotel / tourism / travel industry beneficial
• Willingness to travel occasionally
