Job Description - Logistics Administrator

We are a dynamic, collaborative and interactive team, looking for a Logistics Administrator to join the team!

You'll oversee supply chains, ensuring timely and cost-effective distribution of stock to branches.

Responsibilities include:

  • Supply Chain Coordination: Managing the flow of goods from suppliers to branches, ensuring timely deliveries and efficient stock movement.
  • Stock Management: Overseeing stock levels, conducting frequent stock takes, and updating records.
  • Courier Logistics: Arranging courier collections, tracking orders, and handling stock dispatches.
  • Supplier and Branch Liaison: Communicating with suppliers and branches to facilitate smooth operations.
  • Cost-Effective Implementation: Ensuring cost-effective hardware distribution across the organization.

Your Matric, Supply Chain qualification and 2 Years experience in a similar role is what we are looking for.

NB: Office based in Parklands; Standard office hours apply 8am- 5pm. Own transport needed.
