📌 JD Specialized Recruitment is partnering with a Hospitality Management Company, to recruit a highly energetic and organized OFFICE & WORKFLOW MANAGER to join their team in Cape Town

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Business Administration or Information Technology or equivalent preferred.
• It is imperative to have at least 5 years’ experience in a similar role in the Hospitality Industry.
• Highly experienced in Google Docs, Online social media Flatforms, PowerPoint and Microsoft applications.
• Provide administrative support as needed, including data entry, file management, and general office tasks.
• Collaborate with various departments to gather and analyse data for reporting purposes.
• Coordinate timely business review reporting from properties, ensuring accuracy and distribution.
• Coordinate travel arrangements and logistics for corporate team members.
• Ability to work under pressure.
• Valid driver’s license is essential.
• Sound employment history with contactable references.
• Valid driver’s license.
