Employer Description Our client is a Property Development company.


Job Description My client, a company in the property development space, is looking for a Procurement Manager who will be responsible for the following key functions:

• Procure quotations as necessary for required goods and services
• Follow all purchase order procedures within the company and optimise as needed.
• Coordinate site deliveries and office warehouse logistics by arranging call offs
• Administrative competence required across all aspects of purchasing
• Handle credit applications, including obtaining necessary approvals and submission to suppliers
• Supervise and support the procurement assistant
• Cultivate and maintain positive relationships with suppliers and site personnel to ensure effective procurement operations

Qualifications 5 years of experience in procurement or supply chain management, ideally within the construction or real estate sectors


Skills Proficiency in utilizing BuildSmart software.
