Recruitment Specialist

Role Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Recruitment Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of recruitment strategies, excellent communication skills, and a passion for connecting talented individuals with rewarding opportunities.

Requirements

• Relevant Human Resources Qualification or Related
• 3+ years in Recruitment, Talent Sourcing
• FMCG, Logistics recruitment experience is a must
• Must have bulk recruitment experience
• Computer literate
• Knowledge of sourcing techniques on social media and niche professional websites like LinkedIn
• MIE certificate would be an advantage
• Good written and verbal communications skills

Responsibilities

• Sourcing and reaching out to qualified candidates for current open roles
• Create and publish job ads in various portals
• Utilize various channels to source candidates, including job boards, social media, professional networks, and industry events.
• Interview candidates in-person for a wide range of roles
• Provide regular updates to clients and candidates on the status of their applications and interviews.
• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job posting, candidate screening, interview coordination, and offer negotiation.
• Doing background checks and calling references
• Processing hiring paperwork and maintaining employee records
• Onboarding new hires and assisting with orientation.
• Assist as required by the manager.
