• Manage the inbound and outbound logistics at a depot.
• Manage warehouse manager and distribution manager.
• Ensure day to day operations run smoothly and effectively.
• Responsible for the day-to-day operations of the entire supply chain.
• Implementation of supply chain networks and strategies.
• Manage teams.
