With a transformative vision, Gibela endeavoured to catalyse the shift towards commuter rail as the preferred mode of transport for urban communities.We invite suitably qualified candidates to apply for Methods & Process Industrial Quality Engineer position under Quality The position will report Quality Manager and is based at DunnottarJob PurposePartner with Process Industrial Quality Manager (PIQ) to design and deploy Quality Control Plan to support an external demerit at 0 for Gibela Customer and the ZERO DEFECT PROGRAM..Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and deploy processes, tools & quality standards with industrial teamsSupport Quality activities related to digital tools: Maximo, SharePoint, SAP, GSI, QES & AOSCar history book compilation (Traceability, configuration, updatesSupport Workstation audit KPI’s: Planning, execution, analysis and animationDevelop and maintain internal and external tool calibration process.Support APSYS improvement plan for Industrial Quality scopeCo-ordination of Quality Management System activities and documentation updateSupport process improvement through data analysis, pareto charts and performance trendsProvide technical and administrative support to Industrial Quality teamGenerating site reports (Defects per units, External Demerits, APSYS, Audits etc.)Updating Quality DatabaseParticipate to PFMEA and Control PlanDevelop, update and maintain Self Inspection materialParticipate to design change management processNCR management – Coordinate NCR process Ie.
