Learn more at hexagon.com and follow us @HexagonAB.Purpose of Position:As the Team lead for EMEA you will be the central player in our sales function, to renew maintenance and subscription contracts, and keeping the team connected with other departments. Maintain customer master contract data, facilitate quotes and preparation of orders in conjunction with accounting, technical support and account managers.Major Areas of Responsibility:Contract Management:Prepare and assign yearly and multi -year renewal opportunities maintaining global standards and processes.Track and manage the maintenance/subscription renewal setup and maintenance process in the related software platforms.Support relationships with clients/accounts on an ad hoc basis including, but not limited to, presenting and closing contract renewal offers.Global Deals Desk:Ensure accuracy and timelines of quote/deal desk/order entry approvals for all ordersValidate that proposals are aligned to global pricing, discounting and maintenance policiesMaintain presentation quality of commercial quotes and proposals across BUsAct as liaison between sales and accounting team to facilitate order to cash processSales Operations:Partner with Business Operations to maintain consistency between new sales and renewal ordersPartner with Accounting to manage global customer management process and master data, renewal pricing and collectionsPartner with Technical Support and Software Development to manage licencing and Client Centre access, and identify and assist in licensing and contract managementPartner with Account Managers to co-ordinate client sales initiatives/campaignsPartner with Services to co - ordinate and track maintenance and subscriptions renewal benefitsPartner with Channel partners and resellers to support licensing and contract managementAsset Control:Generate licensing for various product lines in adherence to sales policies and proceduresMaintain accurate and current contract and asset data among various technology platforms for various product linesComplete ad hoc report requests from services, software development, accounting and sales pertaining to licensing, contracts and assets.Change Management:Lead renewals policy and procedure to gain organizational buy inMaintain standard policies, procedures and training documentation of global solutionsProvide sales onboarding and training as needed to facilitate global consistencyKnowledge and Experience - Required:Bachelor's degree in business administration, Finance, Commerce or equivalent experience5 years' experience in a sales environment / 1- 3 years in a client service management roleAdvanced Microsoft Office User (Excel, Power Point, Word)SAP and Sales force experience essentialKnowledge and Experience - Desired:ERP; SAP (GL, AP, AR, CO, MDM)Business Applications: Salesforce, Sales Cloud, Tableu, CPQ)Advanced experience in CRM platforms (Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics)Advanced experience in ERP platforms (SAP, Solomon)Advanced experience with accounting order management and billing /invoicing processesHexagon is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
