Job spec:

1. Managing diaries
1. Scheduling visits in and outside of the office 
2. Providing all back up information needed for these meetings 
3. Setting up meetings and interviews as required 
2. To provide P.A/Administrative support to both the CEO and Group Operations Manager 
1. Answering queries and referring matters as appropriate
2. Screening telephone calls, enquiries, and requests – handling them as appropriate 
3. Communication and liaison with external contacts both nationally and internationally 
4. To produce CEO's documents and reports
5. Drive Operations Manager schedule and assist and ensure that all meetings are held on time
6. Arrange travel through agents
7. Arrange meetings
8. Attend all operational meetings in support of Operations Manager
9. Taking minutes of all operational meetings 
10. Issuing of reports where required
11. Filing
12. Managing and maintaining the RWYLO
13. DEAM 1 Teubes: To mark relevant emails for FE
14. Typing of all correspondence with and for CEO and General Manager
15. Other duties as requested as delegated by management
