Your day at Ferring
Product Batch Release:
- Obtain batch-specific documentation.
- Send test samples for post-importation retest.
- Conduct full document audit before final release approval.
QA Reporting:
- Generate reports on credits, ADR, complaints, inventory releases, etc.
- Prepare annual Quality Review Report.
Credit Requests Management:
Support to QA, Regulatory, and Medical Departments:
- Assist RP, DRP, or MAM with assigned tasks.
- Handle document control tasks, including SOP updates, technical agreements, CAPA implementation, etc.
- Support internal and external audits, including supplier audits and regulatory inspections.

- You bring the following skills and experience to Ferring
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
- Experience with quality management software systems (i.e. Veeva Vault) is advantageous.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, including vlookups and pivot tables.
- Qualified Post Basic Pharmacist Assistant registered with SAPC, or a relevant scientific discipline degree/diploma (National Diploma/B.tech/Bachelor's) will be advantageous.
- Previous experience in pharmaceutical or related industries, preferably with knowledge of quality assurance principles and cGMP requirements will be advantageous.
- Strong attention to detail and analytical skills, adept at identifying and resolving problems effectively.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, fostering collaboration within team environments.
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities and excel in fast-paced environments.
- Attention to Detail: Meticulous in reviewing and analyzing information, ensuring accuracy in all tasks.
