Quotation Specialist / Estimator

Position: Quotations Specialist (In & Outdoor Signage Corporate Branding, In & Outdoor Display Units)

Salary: R12,000 R18,000 per month (negotiable, depending on skill levels)

Responsibilities:

• Utilize advanced IT skills, particularly in Excel, to generate accurate quotations across our diverse range of offerings.
• Collaborate closely with our sales team to ensure quotations align seamlessly with client specifications and our company's capabilities.
• Engage with clients to thoroughly understand their needs and provide effective solutions.

Requirements:

• Proficiency in Computer Literacy, with a strong focus on advanced Excel skills for calculator development.
• Meticulous attention to detail and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
• Excellent communication skills to foster effective collaboration with colleagues and clients.
• Prior experience in a similar role within the signage or manufacturing industry is preferred but not required.
