Job Description - Senior HR Manager: Corporate Functions

You lead, shape and execute a people business plan based on business requirements and the Group People Strategy with a key focus on Talent, Leadership, Great Place to Work (including Culture, Rewards and Employee Well-Being). In partnership with leaders, you play a key role in igniting our people to perform at their peak, grow, thrive and innovate.

RESPONSIBILITIES

WHAT YOU WILL DO

Partner with leaders to develop the business strategy and people agenda for execution excellence to enable delivery for your portfolio Contribute to the business strategy by working with business leaders to identify and build key capabilities (people & organisation), leadership, behaviours and appropriate structures to execute the strategy Translate business requirements into solutions and partner with HR CoE to ensure delivery of business priorities Partner with business leaders to deliver the people agenda with a specific focus on Talent, Leadership, Great Place to Work (including Culture Reward and Employee Well-Being) Lead the culture transformation journey and enable employee engagement from the front, leveraging our values as a foundation Execute targeted actions to improve to improve Diversity & Inclusion and foster a sense of belonging in your portfolio Leverage commercial capability, people analytics and insights to enable data-based decision making and set the people agenda with leaders Coach leaders and ensuring that they are self-aware and continue to develop their leadership capabilities in line with our values and the Tiger Brands Leadership Competencies Partner with leaders to execute their people strategy Develop function or business area specific plans to drive improvements in EE Develop strategic workforce plans in your portfolio to address talent resourcing and succession risks as well as the impact of M&A/Divestments on talent management

QUALIFICATIONS

WHAT YOU'LL BRING TO THE TABLE

Key attributes and competencies Commercial savviness & business understanding - with a deep understanding of the key drivers for success in the business area / function, major business trends and relevant processes People value-chain expertise - with a deep understanding of how HR activities contribute to business strategy execution Inspirational collaboration - with an ability to engage, inspire and influence multiple stakeholders at all levels of the company Business partnering expertise across the HR Value Chain Experience Bachelor's Degree and/or professional qualification (e.g. CIPD) Minimum of 8 - 12 years related HR experience Knowledge and proven track record in implementation of impactful HR development and workplace programmes (e.g. employee relations, employment equity, talent, organizational effectiveness & development, engagement) Experience in facilitating leadership teams Business partnering experience
