Job Description: As a Bookkeeping Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting our finance and administrative functions. Your responsibilities will include:

• Performing general admin duties to ensure smooth office operations.
• Submitting contracts and leave forms to the HR department.
• Allocating in-house stock to job cards accurately.
• Assisting with creditor management.
• Organizing and maintaining filing systems.
• Conducting regular stocktaking activities.

Requirements: To excel in this role, you must meet the following criteria:

• Own transport for commuting to the office in Silverton, Pretoria.
• Stable working history
• Practical experience using SageOne accounting software.
