Key Responsibilities: Achieve budgeted targets Be Kerry's DaVinci Gourmet expert in the market and capable of sharing trends and market insight both internally and externally Identify and deliver a portfolio of quality growth projects Work closely with the marketing and beverage teams Ensure the consistency and growth of Kerry's existing business within the assigned region Develop strong, strategic relationships within the appointed distributor Learn and proactively apply Kerry's 'Insight Sales' methodology Uphold utmost compliance to Kerry's processes, systems and tools Qualifications, Skills & Experience: Matric with a Bachelors Diploma/Degree with a minimum of 2 years sales experience in the food service/beverage industry Prior experience working with Food Service Distributors is highly beneficial Ability to travel locally for business Familiar with Microsoft Office applications Basic forecasting skills is required Competencies: Strong negotiation skills Highly developed influencing and communication skills Ability to build multi-level relationships within a customer Strong presentation skills Able to think outside the box
