Creditors Controller

SUMMARY:
Our client is seeking a diligent and organized individual to join their team as a Creditors Controller.  In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining accurate records of accounts payable, processing invoices, and reconciling statements.  The ideal candidate must have attention to detail, accuracy, and the ability to meet deadlines.

START DATE : A.S.A.P / Immediate REQUIREMENTS:

• Completion of Grade 12 education
• Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in a simular role
• Proven experience in supporting all accounting functions
• Strong attention to detail
• Excellent organizational skills
• Effective communication skills
• Strong problem-solving abilities

• Capturing creditors invoices (mostly on Pastel)
• Obtaining file references or processing to relevant persons for the file reference and authorization
• Creditors accounts reconciliation
• Co-ordinate and resolve creditors queries /follow up on the credits, supporting documents etc.
• Apply payments to invoices / remittance advices
• Recovery debtors invoices to raise on SS
• Assisting in all accounting functions
• Filing
• Other ad -hoc tasks as required

• Monday to Friday: 8:30 - 16:30
