Digital Specialist & Social Media Specialist Job Duties:
Assist with digital asset requirements from studio and disemminating assets the broader team to ensure the organisations website and App has the correct assets loaded.
Assist the broader marketing team with required communications and advise on digital marketing options.
Assist with gathering stats and information for monthly and MANCO reports.
Manage the company’s website and App content ensuring marketing assets are loaded timeously and updated.
Manage all studio assets and marketing assets ensuring marketing assets are available for paid and organic campaigns.
Work closely with the marketing team to devise a digital and social media content strategy that aligns with the company's wider goals.
Creation of content marketing calendar to ensure regular content on the website throughout the year.
Keeping up to date with industry best practice and monitoring content activities of competitor websites.
Assisting the Brand Marketing Manager with copywriting.
Manage the creation of entertaining and informative video content for the website in collaboration with in-house designers and agency.
Updating all sections of the website including homepage and all other categories.
Monitor SEO and web traffic metrics.
Managing social media ad performance and monitoring web traffic.
Identify new opportunities to generate leads and boost conversions.
Producing and monitoring the external and internal advertising schedules.
Keeping up to date with industry best practice and monitoring activities of competitor websites.
Conceptualise and assist with internal online media campaigns.
Conceptualise and assist with the organization’s external online media campaigns including influencer campaigns.
Ensure Performance agreement is signed off with the –Brand Marketing Manager
Qualifications:
Diploma or bachelor’s degree in Marketing/Communication
Experience and Knowledge of:
3-5 years working experience as an Account Executive at an Agency or digital content coordinator
Experience in social media content management and influencer marketing campaigns
Knowledge on drafting briefs
Skills:
Excellent written & verbal skills in English
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work effectively with diverse departments and groups
Ability to juggle multiple projects simultaneously
Content creation and scheduling
Community Management (added advantage)
Blog/copy writing (added advantage).
