Key Responsibilities

Digital Marketing:

• Develop, implement, and manage marketing campaigns that promote the company’s products and services.
• Enhance brand awareness within the digital space as well as drive website traffic and acquire leads/customers.
• Identify trends and insights, and optimise spend and performance based on the insights.
• Plan, execute, and measure experiments and conversion tests.
• Collaborate with internal teams to create landing pages and optimise user experience.
• Utilise strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touchpoints.
• Instrument conversion points and optimise user funnels.
• Evaluate emerging technologies. Provide thought leadership and perspective for adoption where appropriate.

Graphic Design:

• Conceptualise and design graphics for digital marketing campaigns, including social media posts, website banners, email templates, and advertisements.
• Ensure all designs align with the company’s branding guidelines and communicate the desired message effectively.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to produce high-quality visual content.
• Maintain a consistent visual identity across all digital platforms.
• Stay updated with the latest design trends and technologies to keep designs fresh and innovative

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Graphic Design, or a related field preferred
• Proven experience as a Digital Marketer and Graphic Designer, or a similar dual role.
• Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, SEO tools, social media management tools, and email marketing software.
• Expertise in graphic design software including Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
• Strong portfolio showcasing your digital marketing campaigns and design projects.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
