DIGITAL MARKETING OFFICER

ABOUT THE ROLE
We are looking for a creative and result driven, Digital Marketing Officer to develop, implement and manage our digital marketing strategies.  The ideal candidate will be skilled in content creation, social media management and online advertising with a knack for engaging our target audience and driving brand awareness. RESPONSIBILITIES

• D evelop and execute digital marketing campaign across various channels, including social media, email, and search engines, to increase brand visibility and sales.
• Create compelling content tailored to our brand voice, such as blog posts, social media updates, emails, videos and graphics.
• Manage and optimize online advertising campaigns, including display ads and social media ads, to ensure a positive ROI.
• Analyze digital marketing analytics to gauge campaign success and identify area for improvement.
• Conduct market research and competitive analysis to stay ahead of industry trends.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align digital marketing activities with overall business objectives.
• Optimize our website for SEO to improve organic search rankings and user experience.
• Engage with our online community, responding to comments and messages in a timely and appropriate manner.

REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing Communication or related field
• Strong understanding of digital marketing channels and tools, including SEO, SEM, and analytics platforms.
• Excellent writing, communication and creative skills.
• Ability to multitask and work in a dynamic, fast paced environment.
• Passion for chocolates and keen understanding of the brands target market
• Aged between 18 and 34
• Must not have taken part on the YES Programme before
