We are looking for a:
Digital Creative Director
As our Creative Director you will lead our creative team (Art Direction Copy Concept and Design) driving the fusion of art and technology to deliver groundbreaking campaigns. Your expertise in CRM coupled with a solid background in either Art Direction or Copywriting will be pivotal in crafting personalized impactful user experiences across all digital platforms.
Responsibilities:
1. Leadership: Lead the creative digital team to develop cuttingedge campaigns that blend creative technology and CRM strategies for impactful user experiences across digital channels.
2. Creative Vision and Brand Cohesion: Uphold a unified creative vision across all digital touchpoints ensuring content is consistent with the brand identity and resonates with the target audience.
3. Crossfunctional Collaboration: Work closely with strategy tech and data teams to integrate CRM insights into personalized content creation and campaign optimization enhancing engagement and conversion.
4. Culture of Creativity and Continuous Learning: Cultivate an environment that encourages creativity experimentation and ongoing professional development among team members.
5. Storytelling and Visualization: Craft compelling narratives and visual representations to communicate effectively and present concepts to both internal teams and clients.
6. Research and Innovation: Stay at the forefront of creative technology advancements conducting research and exploring new tools platforms and techniques to enhance the teams capabilities.
7. Project Collaboration: Collaborate closely with designers developers data planners strategists and other team members to ensure seamless integration of ideas technologies and artistic elements.
8. Client Interaction: Engage in client interactions actively seeking their input and feedback while effectively communicating complex creative technology concepts in a clear and relatable manner.
9. Endtoend Creative Process Oversight: Oversee the entire creative process ensuring projects meet the highest standards of quality are delivered on time and within budget while achieving or surpassing performance goals.
Proven experience as a Creative Director or in a similar creative leadership role with a portfolio that demonstrates a passion for merging creative with technology.
Strong background in Art Direction Design or Copywriting with a deep understanding of digital marketing landscapes and CRM strategies.
Expertise in UI/UX principles creative technology and coding basics to guide and critique digital projects.
Exceptional leadership and communication skills capable of nurturing talent and fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment.
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite CRM software and familiarity with web development languages (HTML CSS JavaScript).
A strategic thinker with the ability to translate marketing objectives into clear creative strategies.
Bachelor s degree in Design Advertising Marketing Communications or a related field.
