Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement an effective marketing strategy aligned with company objectives.
• Balance short-term customer acquisition goals with long-term brand-building initiatives.
• Analyze and optimize the customer acquisition funnel, proposing improvements where necessary.
• Drive new customer acquisition and reactivation efforts in collaboration with Sales operations.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing or a related field.

• Familiarity with A/B and multivariate testing methodologies.
• Strong proficiency in website analytics tools such as Google Analytics, NetInsight, and WebTrends.

• Experience in setting up and optimizing Google AdWords campaigns.
• Proficiency in Google Documents and Sheets.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
