Marketing and Lead Generation Specialist

Full-time specialist needed for comprehensive lead generation and marketing setup, focusing on B2B in South Africa. Responsibilities include designing and executing sales campaigns, creating landing pages, managing Email and WhatsApp campaigns, and integrating social media plugins like Facebook and LinkedIn to attract the target market. Initial focus on and with plans to expand to the group of companies.

1. Lead Generation:
• Develop and implement lead generation strategies.
• Monitor and optimize lead generation campaigns.
• Manage and maintain the lead database.
• Collaborate with the sales team to align marketing and sales goals.
2. Social Media Marketing:
• Develop and execute social media strategies.
• Create and schedule social media posts.
• Engage with the audience and respond to comments and messages.
• Analyses social media performance and adjust strategies as needed.
3. Content Creation:
• Produce high-quality content for social media and other digital channels.
• Collaborate with designers and videographers to create multimedia content.
• Ensure all content aligns with brand guidelines and messaging.
4. Analytics and Reporting:
• Track and report on the performance of lead generation and social media campaigns.
• Provide insights and recommendations based on data analysis.
• Prepare regular reports for management.
  

Requirements

1. Lead Generation:
