Marketing Associate - Remote Work

Job Description:

Pick n Pay Stores is seeking a motivated and results-driven Marketing Associate to join our team on a full-time basis. This position offers the flexibility to work remotely from anywhere in Soweto, Gauteng, South Africa. The Marketing Associate will work alongside the Marketing Manager to support various marketing initiatives and campaigns.

Responsibilities: - Assist in developing and implementing marketing strategies to promote Pick n Pay Stores products and services - Conduct market research and analyze consumer behavior to identify trends and opportunities - Create content for social media platforms, emails, and other marketing channels - Monitor and report on the performance of marketing campaigns - Collaborate with internal teams to ensure brand consistency and alignment with company goals - Assist in organizing and attending marketing events, trade shows, and community outreach programs - Provide support in various administrative tasks related to marketing activities

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field - Minimum of 2 years of experience in a marketing role - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Proficiency in digital marketing tools and analytics platforms - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Driven and dedicated personality traits - Problem-solving skills and adaptability to changing priorities
