Skills and Qualifications:
● Proven experience in marketing, ideally in the hospitality or entertainment industry.
● Strong skills in strategic planning, digital marketing, and CRM management.
● Experience in measuring and analyzing the impact of marketing initiatives.
● Exceptional communication and relationship-building abilities.
● Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
● Leadership qualities with a focus on strategic thinking and innovation.
● A commitment to data-driven decision-making and relationship management.
● Requires the ability to organise oneself and work without continuous instruction, a strong ability to prioritise tasks and projects, work to budget and hit deadlines.
● Needs to think digitally and work independently. Role & Growth
● Role will report to the Operations Manager and Managing Director, working directly at the top of the company.
