Occupier Solutions Consultant â Corporate Real Estate

SUMMARY:
A well established Corporate Real Estate organisation based in Sandton is seeking to grow their team.  A position is available for a qualified and experienced real estate professional within the Occupier Solutions team

POSITION INFO:

• Providing commercial real estate transaction management and tenant representation services to occupiers in the office and industrial sector.
• Business development and marketing services to clients utilizing CRM tools, web, social media, and direct marketing channels to generate new opportunities.
• Working as part of a project team or individually to deliver real estate services.
• At all times upholding and promoting a good name and conducting business in an ethical manner.
• To collaborate and co-operate with management and team members and align with the company goals of providing clients with a superior level of service and growing the market share and revenue of the business.

• At least 5 years commercial real estate experience in transaction management or tenant representation with a demonstrated success track record
• Degree, ideally in property studies or commerce.
• PPRA Fidelity Fund certification
• A motivated individual that can operate independently in a high-performance environment.
• Excellent communication skills, confidence and an ability to deal with decision makers of the highest calibre.
• A valid driving licence and own vehicle.
