Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and execute marketing and events, collaborating closely with Department Managers and Sales Teams.
• Create compelling content and build robust social media platforms for all businesses at Raceworx Corner.
• Stay on top of the latest industry trends and what works on social media.
• Generate dynamic and creative ideas for events and content creation to stimulate business growth.
• Provide outstanding customer service at every opportunity.
• Communicate effectively with customers and department managers, ensuring accurate and timely information.
• Maintain a quality-focused approach to all tasks.
• Demonstrate strong administrative skills to streamline events and marketing activities

Inherent Requirements

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Proven leadership abilities with a stable employment history.
• Grade 12 qualification. Tertiary / Diploma qualification would be advantageous.
• Industry experience and strong product knowledge in motorcycles, bicycles, and hospitality.
• Proficiency in computer applications.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Target-driven mindset with excellent time management skills.
• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
• Effective problem-solving abilities with a proactive approach.
• Proven track record in marketing and content creation.
• Up-to-date with the latest trends in the industry and social media.
• Willingness to work Saturdays and attend race events as needed.
• Ability to handle stress and maintain discipline in a fast-paced environment.
• Valid Driver’s Licence.

• Proficiency and experience in all three industries: motorcycles, bicycles, and hospitality.
• Motorcycle License.
