•  We have an amazing opportunity for a PR, Events and Marketing Coordinator to be based in Bryanston.Do you think you have what it takes to be our newest Purple Star?
•  The successful candidate will work closely with the Marketing Manager and supporting the Marketing Department activities, creating and delivering content, marketing ideas and activities, coordinating events an handovers, concepts and marketing materials, managing projects, and ensures company messages are consistent.

What You’ll Do For The Brand:

• Work directly with the Marketing Manager to support the department initiatives.
• Conceptualizing and implementing of marketing, events and advertising campaigns by assembling and analysing strategy objectives and sales forecasts; preparing marketing and advertising strategies, plans, and objectives; planning and organising promotional presentations as well as updating calendars.
• Prepares marketing reports by collecting, analysing, and summarizing data.
• Keeps promotional materials ready by coordinating requirements with graphics department; inventorying stock; placing orders and verifying receipts.
• Event management including planning, branding and working with social media, video and full marketing team for big handovers.
• Supports regional marketing teams with major CSI campaigns and regional specific campaigns.
• Identify branding and partnership opportunities as well as new business opportunities.
• Amplify CSI projects for the benefit of growing the Hollywood brand.
• Create, deliver, edit, and optimize marketing materials.
• Ensure that messages are supportive of and consistent with marketing strategies.
• Providing support to all marketing functions of the business.
• Research media coverage and, competitor and industry trends.
• Development of fresh story ideas.
• Improve communication efficiencies within the company.
• Work with other departments to ensure that marketing activities are in line with the larger goals of the entire company.
• Creation of BRD’s and testing.
• Will be required to travel and work additional hours whenever deemed necessary due to current campaigns and events.
• Coordinate from conception to completion the details of events.
• Define event objectives to achieve for each event and follow through.
• Ensure the health and safety as well as gambling regulations are strictly adhered to.
• Obtain quotes, set up budgets and adjust when necessary. Record every expense for the event.
• Book venues and tools, and negotiate fees to always obtain the best price.
• Prepare invitations and send out at the appropriate time.
• Work with the various departments to achieve objectives.
• Work with the PRO to ensure maximum brand exposure in the media and post event reporting.
• Drive attendance to the event.
• Analyse the event performance and give detailed feedback.
• Prepare all events in advance and maintain an annual events calendar.
• Define the company brand through all events and keep consistency with excellence at the forefront.
• Ensure all team involved is adequately prepared for the event.
• Control the quality, breakdowns and stock levels of the company branding.
• Available to work flexible hours due to events happening after hours and on weekends.
• Available to travel as company is national.
• Maintain a high level of energy for all events.
• Conduct market research and ensure the target market that event reaches is understood.
• Able to manage multiple projects at one time.
• Responsible for the management of the PR and Communications function of the business.
• Responsible for the linguistic content of adverts.
• Work with the marketing manager to find core message and target audience.
• Ability to work across a range of media and formats (print, digital, audio, video).
• Building a media database.
• Building press relationships.
• Inviting media and hosting them at events.
• Generating press releases about any company news.
