Our iK Tribe is searching for a talented Product Marketing Copywriter to join our dynamic team. As a master of language and strategy, you'll breathe life into brands, telling their stories in a way that resonates with target audiences.

So, what will you do?

The role requires strong content creation experience with a focus on marketing and product-related materials. You will be responsible for developing engaging, clear, and persuasive content that highlights the value and benefits of our products, driving customer engagement and supporting our marketing strategies. 

In addition to the above, you will: 

Content Creation: 

• Write, edit, and proofread high-quality content for various channels, including product descriptions, blog posts, white papers, case studies, email campaigns, social media, and website copy in the iKhokha brand tone. 

Research:

• Conduct thorough research on industry-related topics, target audience, and competitors to produce accurate and insightful content. 

Collaboration:

• Work closely with the product marketing, design, and sales teams to develop content strategies that align with business goals and drive product adoption. 

SEO Optimisation: 

• Implement SEO best practices to ensure content is optimized for search engines and drives organic traffic. Working closely with SEO partner 
• Experience with Google Analytics and Google Ads to be able to conduct own keyword research. 

Performance Tracking: 

• Monitor and analyse content performance metrics, providing regular reports and recommendations for improvement. 

• Understanding of martech systems and be able to draw insight via systems to improve language. 

Qualifications

• Certificate, Diploma or Degree in Copywriting or similar. 

Deal breakers: 

• A minimum of 5 years as copywriter with experience working with product teams.

Additional Skills & Knowledge:

• Experience in product education and content creation 
• Translate complex products into business benefits 
• Email marketing, WhatsApp and SMS writing 
• Experience in conversational design and developing chatbots or voice interfaces. 
• Knowledge of SEO best practices and experience optimizing content for search engines
