Qualified Electrician – Kraaifontein – market-related salary Job Description: My client is seeking a qualified electrician with a minimum of 5 years of working experience to join their team. The ideal candidate will undertake various electrical tasks and must possess specific qualifications and skills. Key Responsibilities:

• Perform electrical installations, maintenance, and repairs following relevant codes and regulations.
• Troubleshoot electrical issues and provide effective solutions.
• Conduct inspections and testing of electrical systems and equipment.
• Interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and schematics.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and protocols.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with clients.
• Maintain accurate records of work performed and materials used.
• Provide guidance and support to apprentices and junior staff as needed.

Requirements:

• Matric certificate.
• Red Seal certification in electrical.
• Minimum 5 years of practical experience in the electrical field.
• Wireman''s license. Proficiency in single-phase/three-phase electrical work, including single-phase/three-phase wireman certification.
• Valid driver''s license.
• Preferably possess a public driver''s permit (PDP).
• Own reliable transportation.
• Industrial works experience is a must.
• Must already reside in the Cape Town area.
