Digital Marketing Associate

Job Description:

We are looking for a dynamic Digital Marketing Associate to join our team at Standard Bank Group in Soweto, Gauteng, ZA. As a Digital Marketing Associate, you will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing digital marketing campaigns to promote our products and services. You will work closely with the marketing team to create engaging content for our online platforms, analyze data to optimize campaign performance, and drive traffic and conversions.

Responsibilities: - Develop and implement digital marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and drive traffic to our website. - Create and manage online advertising campaigns across various platforms, such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and LinkedIn Ads. - Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics, including website traffic, bounce rate, and conversion rate. - Collaborate with the design team to create visually appealing and engaging content for social media, email marketing, and digital ads. - Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities for growth in the digital space. - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in digital marketing.

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field. - Minimum of 3 years of experience in digital marketing. - Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to make strategic decisions. - Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms, such as Google Analytics, SEO tools, and social media management tools. - Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team environment. - Confident and resourceful with a strong drive to succeed. - Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and constantly evolving digital landscape.
