Job Description:

Standard Bank Group is looking for a confident and dedicated Digital Marketing Associate to join our team in Soweto, Gauteng, ZA. As an Associate Level position, we are seeking candidates with at least 3 years of experience in digital marketing.

Responsibilities: - Develop and implement digital marketing strategies to drive online traffic to the company website and generate leads - Manage social media accounts and create engaging content to increase brand awareness - Analyze digital data and metrics to track performance and optimize marketing campaigns - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure brand consistency across all digital channels - Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in digital marketing

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field - Proven experience in digital marketing - Strong problem-solving skills and adaptability to changing priorities - Excellent written and verbal communication skills - Proficiency in social media management tools and digital analytics platforms
