Digital Marketing Associate - Work from home

We are looking for a motivated and reliable Digital Marketing Associate to join our team at Rand Merchant Investment Holdings. This is a full-time position that allows you to work from the comfort of your own home, with the company being located in Soweto, Gauteng, ZA. As an Associate Level role, we require at least 4 years of experience in digital marketing.

Responsibilities: - Develop and implement digital marketing strategies to drive online traffic to the company website - Manage social media accounts and create engaging content to attract target audience - Analyze and report on website and social media metrics to track the success of marketing campaigns - Collaborate with the marketing team to create and execute email marketing campaigns - Stay up-to-date on digital marketing trends and best practices - Work closely with graphic designers and content creators to produce high-quality marketing materials - Assist with website management, including updating content and optimizing for SEO

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field - Strong understanding of digital marketing channels and analytics tools - Excellent written and verbal communication skills - Proven track record of managing successful digital marketing campaigns - Strategic planning skills and ability to adapt to changing market conditions - Experience working with social media platforms and email marketing software
