Remote Digital Marketing Manager

Job Description:

We are seeking a Remote Digital Marketing Manager to join our team at Kumba Iron Ore, located in Durban, KwaZulu Natal, ZA. As a full-time Associate Level position, the ideal candidate will have at least 4 years of experience in digital marketing.

Responsibilities: - Develop and implement digital marketing strategies to drive brand awareness and engagement - Manage all digital marketing channels, including social media, email, and SEO/SEM - Monitor and analyze the performance of campaigns and make data-driven decisions to optimize results - Collaborate with the creative team to develop compelling content and visuals - Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices - Work closely with internal stakeholders to align marketing efforts with overall business goals

Requirements: - Passionate and dedicated individual with excellent planning skills - Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and dynamic work environment - Strong written and verbal communication skills - Proficiency in using digital marketing tools and platforms - Experience with e-commerce platforms is a plus - Bachelor's degree in Marketing or a related field is preferred
