Job Description:

Hilton is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Digital Marketing Manager to join our team in Pretoria, Gauteng, ZA. This is a full-time, work-from-home position at the Associate Level, requiring a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in digital marketing.

As the Digital Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing digital marketing strategies to drive online traffic to our website, increase brand awareness, and ultimately drive revenue. You will work closely with the marketing team to create engaging content, manage social media channels, optimize SEO and SEM efforts, and analyze campaign performance to make data-driven decisions.

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field. - 3+ years of experience in digital marketing. - Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to make informed decisions. - Passionate and driven individual with a strong work ethic. - Excellent planning and research skills. - Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote environment.
