Online Marketing Associate

Job Description: We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Online Marketing Associate to join our team at Sanlam in Durban, KwaZulu Natal. As an Associate Level position, you will be responsible for assisting in the development and implementation of online marketing strategies to promote our products and services.

Responsibilities: - Collaborate with the marketing team to create and execute online marketing campaigns - Monitor and analyze the performance of online marketing efforts, providing insights and recommendations for improvement - Assist in managing the company's social media accounts and developing engaging content - Work with external agencies and vendors to coordinate online advertising and promotional activities - Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities for growth - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in online marketing

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field - Minimum of 2 years of experience in online marketing or digital advertising - Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to make informed decisions - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Resilient and confident attitude to handle challenges and setbacks - Ability to work cooperatively with team members and external partners - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and online marketing tools
