POSITION INFO: Department & Region: Kwa-Zulu Natal / Gauteng Company is looking for experienced life and investment financial advisors to be based in its Kwa-Zulu Natal / Gauteng.
Company offers the following: ü Provision of office space and full infrastructure for financial advisors ü Full suite of administration services, i.e. new business finalisation, client services and client retention mechanisms ü Telephony services, i.e. internet, email, telephone, voice logging, secure storage of data, full suite of Microsoft access ü Access to business coaching and client advice support ü Assistance with practice management ü Training support, i.e. technical and soft skills training ü Access to an effective lead generation systems and training ü Support with succession planning ü Support with unlocking of equity from adviser practices
Output/Core Tasks: ü Establish long-term relationships with clients ü Financial planning for clients ü Focus on identifying client needs and then offer suitable financial solutions ü Provide excellent service orientation and frequent contact with clients
Requirements: - Matric or NQF4 equivalent certification (Essential)
- Tertiary Certificate and or Degree (Essential)
- Financial qualification and RE5 accredited (Beneficial)
- Driver’s license with own vehicle (Essential)
- Sales Experience and Skills (Essential)
- 1 year financial industry experience (Essential)
- Latest 6 Months commissions statements (Essential)
