Minimum Requirements Grade 12 & Computer Literacy Code 08 and PDP Higher Education Qualification Minimum 1 year Management experience Health Safety experience essential Professional individual who can provide and maintain high service and quality standards Proven track record in the security industry / Customer Orientated Excellent written and verbal communication skills (English) Clear criminal record Ability to work efficiently and under pressure Grade A PSIRA Certification / PSIRA Registered Grade A Firearm trained & competent Own cell phone Investigative skills / writing and taking witness statements Risk report writing critical Driving the Operations strategy daily Duties & Responsibilities The daily running of a sites in liaison with the Ops Manager Attain and maintain a professional sites standard Building and Maintaining relationships with the client Management of staff including recruitment, induction, performance management Training and Development Responsible for all industrial relations and Health & Safety on site Report Writing - Monthly reports and incident reports Creating site rosters After hours site visits compulsory Staffing - ensure site is covered as per contractual obligations
