What will you be doing?

• Dealing with  incidents, managing them through to resolution where possible, and escalate within the team as to comply with SLAs.
• Proactively monitor alerts
• Collaborate with cross-functional technical teams to contribute to project delivery and handle various technical tasks.

Minimum requirements :

• 2 years + in a similar role
• SA ID holder
• Valid license and own car
• Proficient in supporting virtual environments
• Hands-on experience administrating both Linux and Windows servers.
• Familiarity with databases including MySQL, 
• Exposure to datacentre hardware, software, and storage technologies.
• Backup & disaster recovery technologies.
• Strong technical understanding of current industry-leading web hosting technologies.
