YouTube Digital Marketing Assistant

Hire Resolve's client is seeking a YouTube Digital Marketing Assistant. As a YouTube Digital Marketing Assistant, you will support the development and execution of our YouTube marketing strategies. Your main goal will be to increase our YouTube channel's visibility, engagement, and subscriber count through innovative marketing tactics and thorough analysis of performance metrics.

Responsibilities

• Research and analyze YouTube trends to identify opportunities for content creation and audience engagement
• Assist in developing and implementing YouTube marketing strategies to increase subscribers, views, and engagement
• Create and upload engaging and compelling videos that align with our branding and marketing objectives
• Optimize YouTube videos for search engines using relevant keywords and metadata
• Monitor and analyze YouTube analytics to track video performance and make data-driven optimizations
• Collaborate with the marketing team to integrate YouTube videos into broader marketing campaigns
• Stay up-to-date with YouTube algorithm updates and best practices
• Assist with other digital marketing tasks and projects as needed

Requirements Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
Proven experience in digital marketing or social media management, with specific experience in YouTube content management preferred.
Strong understanding of YouTube analytics and SEO principles.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a remote setting.
High level of organization and attention to detail.
Creative mindset with the ability to generate new ideas for content and marketing strategies.
Proficiency in video editing software is a plus.
